Case Erecting & Case Sealing Description Case erecting is an automatic system that erects and bottom seals corrugated cases. This versatile system can create instant labor savings and increase production for a wide range of medium-speed applications. There is just about an erector for every conceivable application, from extra small to extra tall with a wide range of speed capabilities. Case Sealing offers a wide range of solutions for simple semi-automatic systems to fully automatic random case sealers. There are case sealers which provide solutions for the widest range of applications. From standard RSC cases in every size, to cases with overlapping or sequentially folded flaps, to tuck-folded flaps to L-clips and special display cases. The pneumatically operated packing station holds empty cases for filling and automatically centers them for sealing. Taping heads then precisely apply the box sealing tape.
